Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Connect

Since our personnel are separated geographically, we use it for collaboration and training. We hold meetings and team building. It is better than Microsoft Teams because we have more freedom to customize and keep all content.

  • File/content storage.
  • Allows for the team to be connected.
  • Easier access to meetings and notes to review at a later date.
Adobe Connect is better. Connect allows us to customize the meeting space. It allows us to keep a running record of items discussed.

For our team, Adobe Connect has help with keeping our team connected and sharing files is much easier. The ability to have breakout rooms have been beneficial.

Adobe Connect Support

So far have not used it so far. But i do use other Adobe products and the customer service is great.

User friendly. You do not feel stupid trying to figure it out.
