Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

  • The ability to send an estimate/contract for signature with a single click has made ease of use for our franchisees and training our employees extremely easy.
  • Salesforce Integration - new agreement templates and the EchoSign button makes it easier to send agreements based on templates that we create ahead of time allowing our franchisees to utilize these agreements universally instead of maintaining multiple copies.
  • A centralized database of all our contracts across the country for reference is very important. Knowing that Echosign has the security in place to store these is important.
  • NEED AN ANDROID APP!
  • Text wrapping function on the forms so that wording does not go off the contract
  • Echosign has streamlined our processes so that our franchisees can be more efficient in the field
  • Turn around time on closed contracts has decreased
Same as previous answer. If Android app is not a high priority on your list to use the product then definitely would recommend it.

Using Adobe Sign

The main reason that we may not is because several of our franchisees use Android tablets in the field and there is no Echosign app currently. If we didn't have this factor it would be a no brainer to resign.
