Overall Satisfaction with ADP SmartCompliance
Armstrong Group of Companies includes several different companies. We have Utilities, Telecommunications, Telephone, Properties, Security Services, Restaurants, HVAC/Plumbing, Manufacturing. ADP SmartCompliance is utilized by Payroll only for tax compliance, agency notices, jurisdiction set up and maintenance, quarter reconciliation, annual reconciliation, invoicing and funding and W2s. ADP is constantly striving to advance their technology and welcomes customer feedback in that effort. I rely on them heavily to help us stay up to date and in compliance with the ever-changing laws and policies.
- Sort and filter tax jurisdictions, agency notices, etc.
- Easy to set up new tax jurisdictions.
- Keeping up to date with compliance.
- Listening to their customers and what they need.
- Constantly advancing their technology.
- Links on home page to the various areas. There are not enough.
- Navigation can be cumbersome if you are not familiar with the set up.

- New jurisdiction set up directly on the site.
- ADP SmartCompliance stays up to date with the ever-changing regulations and that is a huge time-saver for us.
- When needed, ADP SmartCompliance has a seamless amendment filing system which saves time and money.
- Accurate tax filings are key to avoiding costly P&I and ADP SmartCompliance is on top!
JD Edwards Enterprise and Workday
ADP is very good about sending notices about updates/changes for compliance. The representatives are also good about explaining these when neeed.
Have only used ADP so I cannot compare.

Did not purchase this. I was not employed at the time so I cannot answer why not.
Our representative at the time, Meghan, went above and beyond to help with PA local issues we were having during Workday implementation. She walked us through each step and who to call at the various agencies and what to say to them and how to resolve the complex PA locals within Workday.
