Overall Satisfaction with ADP Vantage HCM

Vantage HCM is being used across the whole organization to process payroll accurately and efficiently for 7,000+ employees.

ADP Vantage is more reliable and user-friendly than previous platforms utilized.
I've been through 3 different service consultants since my company implemented ADP Vantage HCM, and the first 2 were okay but didn't seem as knowledgeable about the product. My 3rd consultant has been a dream - she is very responsive, knowledgeable about the system, and eager to assist with any snags that I've run into.

We have been utilizing this platform for years with little to no issue, so there is no real reason to try something different. As they say - if it ain't broke, don't fix it!

Our prior experience and relationship with ADP along with the ease of transferring employee data from COS to Vantage HCM.
Wouldn't change a thing!

ADP Vantage HCM Implementation

  • Take your time, don't try to rush implementation.
  • Parallel payrolls are KEY.
Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled

My service consultant is a total rockstar - she is always available via phone or e-mail and responds to my requests for assistance with lightning speed. I've never had to wait more than an hour for a resolution on a pay impacting issue. If she can't assist (which she usually can) she has no problems escalating the issue to someone who can. I especially appreciate our standing weekly phone call to discuss any issues, questions, additional training, etc.

  • Payroll Processing
Yes - It works well for basic functions on the employee level, like reviewing your pay statements, etc.
On a practitioner level, functionality is extremely limited.
I'm very happy with the functions I use on a daily basis to perform my job duties (payroll processing), but reporting can be cumbersome for beginners in the system.
