My service consultant is a total rockstar - she is always available via phone or e-mail and responds to my requests for assistance with lightning speed. I've never had to wait more than an hour for a resolution on a pay impacting issue. If she can't assist (which she usually can) she has no problems escalating the issue to someone who can. I especially appreciate our standing weekly phone call to discuss any issues, questions, additional training, etc.
