Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We utilize ADP Workforce Now throughout our entire organization, from recruitment through retirement. It gives managers access to their employee data without having to ask HR and wait for responses.
  • Ease of use - You do not have to be technical to figure out how to do something.
  • If you make a mistake there is always a way to correct it.
  • You can control access almost down to an individual basis.
  • It doesn't send notifications out to employee's cell phones. It keeps notifications in the app.
  • The mobile app is lacking compared to competitors; no job opening, open enrollment, or expense management.
  • Stop charging for every little change (like for open enrollment if it is just rate updates).
  • We were on a PEO so moving over to a software has saved our company thousands of dollars.
  • Less questions sent into HR about employee information as we have Manager Self Service.
  • Open Enrollment, although via a web browser instead of the app, didn't take as much time as it did in previous years.
  • No employee surveys built in and no Learning Management System.
Our HR team has saved 1-25 hours per month. - Managers can see their employee data via self-service portal so there's no need to call HR.
Employees have access to more than just their pay stubs. Open Enrollment is easy and deductions go to payroll at the right time. Creating reports is very simple.
ADP Workforce Now doesn't have some of the features these competitors do, like no built-in learning management system or built-in expense management system; there's no built-in employee survey; you can't use the mobile app to apply for jobs with ADP and can't use the mobile app for open enrollment. There are also no notifications or alerts sent out of the app to the phone in Workforce Now.
Thankfully, I know ADP Workforce Now very well and was able to come up with workarounds their associates could not. What ADP recommended would have had us update the same data in 3 different locations. By switching the use of two fields for one another it allowed us to only have to make an update one time vs. three. It seems like ADP got rid of lots of people with experience and knowledge of the product for what I would assume cheaper labor.
