Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
It is used by HR as our Core HR system, and by payroll for time and attendance. I frequently use it for reporting, analytics and maintaining data integrity. It is used across the entire organization by employees for self-service, Time Off, Performance Management and Recruiting. Some employees also utilize LifeMart for discounts.
- Time Off - very simple, easy to enter, and easy for the manager to approve
- Time and Attendance - simple, understands taxes very well, digital statements, etc.
- Notifications - the notification system is very limited, with things like requisition requests and time off requests sharing the same notification... They are not very customizable and often cause confusion.
- Recruiting - the recruiting system makes it very difficult to report on requisitions or candidates, and the system itself feels antiquated. The automated offer letter feature is also very antiquated and doesn't allow for customization with your company's letterhead.

ADP typically does most of the work for you in integrating other systems.
Since I have been here, we have not looked for or wanted a new Core HR/payroll system.
