Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
All employees in 3 different company codes are registered for Self Service, and we use it to pay people here at corporate in HR. It is great for keeping employee files more streamlined, as it allows employees to make their own changes. Also, when we do benefits open enrollment, it is completely paperless. Takes a lot of error out on our part, and puts the onus on the employees to be accurate, which is also a great benefit to the department.
Pros
- Essential time is a great feature, and very easy to use for employees as well. It gives them access to time off balances with the click of a button, or on their mobile app.
- The interface of ADP Workforce Now itself is mostly user friendly. We typically do not get complaints on where to find anything in ADP that an employee might need on the self service side, which is great because it reduces our workload in regards to giving directions. There are also a lot of materials online that corporate can use as learning materials when a new employee is hired, so they get all the info they need right off the bat.
Cons
- Integrating the time and attendance into the payroll side. They need to stop breaking out that one time and attendance piece, as it leads to a lot of confusion. Most time and attendance reps at ADP do not know the payroll side, so there is a lot of back and forth that I think could be eliminated.
- Implementing feedback from users and making changes more swiftly. Product feedback is often submitted, but may take years for a simple change to be added to the module.
- All the modules we use housed in one platform has saved us a lot of money.
- A web based application that regulates its own updates is invaluable.
- Concur and ADP
- Fidelity
Still currently going through the Concur integration, but the other 2 have been seamless.
