I use ADP Workforce Now for payroll and time clocks.

Pros and Cons

Organize information.
User-friendly layout.

Rehire/edit process being so different than the Wizard.
Widgets changing or being inconsistent.

ADP Workforce is great for tracking employee punches and managing time, however, it is less appropriate and user-friendly when it comes to the hiring process itself. The information and layout of employee profiles change too often and consistency is lacking.
