Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

It is currently being used across our company. We have our time clock set up with ADP, and we also have a lot of back-office team members using ADP in terms of payroll processing. Occasionally updates mess things up on the back-end, and we never know when they are going to happen.
  • Tracking - If you need to add notes, upload documents, view the history of pay, benefits, changes, etc.
  • User-friendly and easy to navigate.
  • Updates - Sometimes the updates may fix one thing but mess up another.
  • Time clock - I find when clocking out that the time clock is taking awhile to load.
  • It has made it easier for us to track goals and performance.
I used Bullhorn at my previous position but after leaving the company I have been using ADP. I prefer ADP a lot more as it is more organized and user-friendly. Bullhorn did not update their methods as technology advanced so it felt like I was using Windows 95.
There are few areas that could be improved but I feel that ADP is a good offering overall.
