Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is used through out our entire site. It's our employee portal that is used for onboarding, HR, Benefits, and so much more. ADP Workforce Now offers convenient and user friendly ways for our employees to have information at their fingertips.
  • Track time.
  • Reports.
  • Recruiting.
  • Saving more than one resume at a time.
  • Uploading saved videos in onboarding dashboard/give more options.
  • Great tools.
  • Easy to use.
There's so much to ADP and I can only rate what I know. Has great tools, some areas can be more user friendly.

When calling to ask support questions, the rep doesn't always have an answer.
The new dashboards are nice and user friendly. The layout may look overwhelming to those who rarely use ADP.
