Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is currently used to process benefit enrollment, payroll, time off, and time and attendance for certain employees. ADP Workforce Now has made many positive changes in my four years with them. One of the systems I truly love is the ACA compliance platform. It is easy to access and saves a lot of manual work.

  • ACA Compliance.
  • Standard Reports.
  • I would like to see location and title be tied to employee access.
  • Taxes for worked in and lived in.
  • Automatic changes, such as an address change to push out tax updates. Or a name change could push out a work event.
  • The communication timeliness with ADP Workforce Now is great.
  • We like having any individual person to assist us with benefits and payroll.
We use ADP Workforce Now to talk with ADP 401K, our benefit vendors, and iCIMS. I do not work with the iCIMS communication, but as for my benefit vendors, I believe ADP Workforce Now speaks very well with them. The issue I often come across is on the side of the vendor.

So far from a benefits standpoint, I have dealt with Isaac Hernandez and Ramona Arnold, and they have all been amazing. I have a big fan of all of my 1 on 1 support reps.
I believe ADP Workforce Now is a good HRIS system for growing organizations. They have many different functions to help you organize new employees in different locations and different levels. I wish they would send warnings, like if someone has a full-time job title but we marked them as part-time if it warned us that we may have made a mistake.
