AdvocateHub has been deployed throughout our organization. It is an additional method of communication for employees, customers and partners. It allows our customers to talk within a community and share their best practices, tech tips, challenges and successes.
Pros
- AdvocateHub allows your employees to engage in a fun way and still work!
- It also allows our customers to spread the good word about our company and all the different ways we interact with them.
Cons
- I would like to see better reporting.
- It has increased employee efficiency.
- It increased customer service levels through the community challenges.
This is the first online community that I have used and we love it. It is engaging.
