Overall Satisfaction with airSlate

We use airSlate to streamline administrative processes to keep overhead costs low. We aim to keep compensation as high as we can so we automate a lot of tasks and embed forms on our website for employees and clients to access to avoid losing productivity by sending a lot of emails and otherwise pushing out documents manually. We use airSlate in nearly all areas of the practice.
  • Responsiveness to support requests
  • Completed forms integrate into the pre-existing pdf nicely
  • Easy to populate date into google sheets and to store via google drive
  • I really would like to have a more searchable database of help topics- searching the forum right now isn't helpful and I end up going to google to find airSlate help topics. I would really prefer to find support on my own rather than reach out to the support team but it doesn't seem that the articles are indexed in a way that they will show up in search results through the airSlate site.
  • More options for conditional formatting
  • More options to customize the appearance of forms
  • Increased workflow efficiency
  • Less productivity lost on low level tasks
  • Many processes streamlined
  • High impact on money saved by decreasing administrative assistant spending
Limited conditional formatting options in some situations, limited number of widgets available to integrate, fewer options for formatting appearance of forms than is available with other systems.
One of the other platforms we used was terribly hard to configure correctly- we spent many many hours on processes that never worked correctly- and two of these platforms did not have transparency in what they said they could do and what they could really do. And the feature most important was the ability to have documents signed by more than one party AND create customizable forms which airSlate was able to do.

Yes

Yes

Did implementation of airSlate WorkFlow go as expected?

No

Would you buy airSlate WorkFlow again?

Yes

It seems best for documents, forms and processes that are "static" and used long term over and over. It is less user friendly when there's just one doc to get completed and signed (there's no speedy option to easily set up a one-time document to sign and push out to a recipient without going through several steps). It is possible, though, which I appreciate and for our purposes it works well enough to get a random single document signed without beig terribly cumbersome- it's just cumbersome enough that I'd rather not deal with it when we have those one-off forms. It would be amazing if there were an express lane option for this situation.
