Our small nonprofit organization uses Airtable to manage complex projects in multiple cities. We use it for scheduling school visits, tracking logistics details, calendaring, and managing staff.
- Flexible - allows us to create fields for exactly what we need
- Collaborative - provides individual users with access and ownership
- Lovely - simple, clean design
- Multi-day calendaring - difficult to find and use
- Permission levels for individual users (such as creating/modifying tables, editing, read-only access)
- Ability to publish calendars to the web
- Helps us organize a complex set of information in one place
- Ensures staff always have the most up-to-date info
- Organizes calendar in a visual way
