Overall Satisfaction with Algolia
We primarily utilize Algolia as the search engine for our E-Commerce site, and we also employ Algolia in our Digital Library to present various content options to our users as references for our products.
- The user interface (UI) is straightforward to navigate and operate
- The team is highly cooperative and pleasant to collaborate with
- They offer excellent features that can benefit any business
- The UI is user-friendly for individuals who have received some training. It would be advantageous to have a UI that allows users to log in and utilize it effortlessly without requiring any guidance
- Some of the technical resources do not possess the same level of expertise and knowledge. When we onboarded our new technical resource, we encountered a need for extensive back-and-forth communication
- Renewal was not an easy process and we could not get a straight answer on the different plans. We felt that we are being pushed to keep our same plan.
- The renewal process proved to be challenging, and we encountered difficulty in obtaining clear information about the various plans. We had the impression that we were being encouraged to retain our existing plan
- Our first convention was significantly influenced as our members could effortlessly search for new product offerings
- Creating new search criteria for an event or product launch only took 5 minutes with Algolia's user interface (UI)
- The reporting dashboards are outstanding and deliver the necessary information promptly
