Overall Satisfaction with Allo

The use of visual tools like diagrams and drawings make it easy to create a context-rich collaboration environment that can overcome distance and cross-team collaboration problems. A great tool to use in today's ever growing remote workplace

There was an instance where the cloud was not saving progress after a certain point on our end. We contacted support who was able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. The work had been saving but not updating on our end. Support team was very diligent in making sure we did not lose any progress and made sure to follow up to see if the issue returned or remained resolved.
