Overall Satisfaction with AlphaSense
Helps monitor competitor performance at a regular cadence. The positive
and negative sentiments and the AI recognition are very accurate. Saves a
lot of my time when looking for specific product-related information.
In my role, I monitor competitive intelligence, and being able to peruse
through multiple documents at once helps save time. I also subscribe to
the stream voice of customer surveys, which is a great addition to the
existing brokerage reports and market reports that are available via the
tool.
