We operate multiple brick and mortar retail stores in Massachusetts and Michigan as well as selling our products on the Massachusetts wholesale market. With so many facets to our company and brands of our own, we needed a robust suite of outbound marketing and customer retention tools. Fortunately for us, we found Alpine IQ!
In an increasingly crowded retail environment, spread across multiple states, we needed a way to effectively communicate and retain our customers. By leveraging AIQ's email and SMS campaign tools, we've been able to do just that. We've seen our list of subscribers grow to roughly 80,000 and we're able to put attractive promotions in front them quickly and easily.
