Overall Satisfaction with Anaplan
Anaplan provides a great deal of flexibility when business rules. With its strong calculation engine, I'm able to run multiple scenarios in a matter of seconds. This helps my clients do What-if analysis and compare scenarios during their budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Calculation Engine - Very fast even when calculating millions and millions of cells
- Flexibility - Able to model all of my business rules
- Collaboration - Able to work on budgets and forecasts alongside all other users.
- Reporting - Would like to see Anaplan bring us similar capabilities as the other reporting tools
- Data Management - Would like Anaplan to provide additional feature that accelerates data cleanup
- ALM - Would like to push certain changes from our development workspace to the production workspace without having to move all of them.
- Able to create scenarios in minutes rather than hours
- Able to centralize my key assumptions and have a single source of truth for those
- Have more visibility into the budgeting process (% completion)
Anaplan provides all the functions required for reporting (IRR, previous, etc.). I also find the user experience is more intuitive for both end users and modelers. Anaplan has recently came out with a myriad of new features, and have announced even more. This is an evolving tool that keeps getting better.
