Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Apple iCloud is used by a handful of users to help with their backups and to transfer files between devices.

Pros and Cons

easy to train end users on

not the best with non ios devices

Return on Investment

Very little training if any needed for end users. Set them up and away they go

Alternatives Considered

iCloud was the best option for using with our few iOS devices but was an easy choice as it integrates seamlessly.

Other Software Used

Microsoft Office 365

Likelihood to Recommend

iCloud is perfect for users that want to use ios devices and have that information seamlessly backed up and available across iOS devices. As a solution for non iOS devices I would not recommend it.
