Overall Satisfaction with AppleCare for Enterprise

We use AppleCare for Enterprise to suppliment our repair offerings. As a school, we see damaged devices almost on a daily basis. AppleCare for Enterprise allows us to book a technician to come onsite as early as the next business day. This means that our students Get their devices back sooner.

We use other repair and warranty options from our partner vendors. But AppleCare for Enterprise allows a faster turnaround. Our vendors have us ship devices to them for repair so our turn around time is longer. AppleCare for Enterprise can be repaired onsite and most of the time, next business day. This allows us to get the device back to the staff member or student faster.

Yes

AppleCare for Enterprise is probably better suited for a large scale business. As a school, we lies the repair speed and phone support. But other inclusions like the no reason repairs for 4% or Mac and 10% or iOS just isn’t worth it. In the amounts of devices that we are buying, this is a small number and won’t help in any way. But in business case where you have staff that look after their devices, then this would be appropriate.
