We are a community non profit and we use Apricot to manage all of our program and participant data

- We have one place where nearly all program data is stored
- staff do not enjoy using it and do not use it as often as we would hope
Yes we have been able to scale our program delivery due to our ability to move our data around and manage larger sets of data with imports and exports.
Not necessarily, while we use apricot to report on our data, this hasn't necesarily increased our funding. I do think it has been useful to site as a tool in our grant proposal, and shows funders that we have a plan in place for capturing the data we will be asked to report on.
it's nice to have control over how forms are built out and managed.
