Overall Satisfaction with Arena PLM and QMS
I use Arena PLM in my organization to manage the product part numbers, specifications, BOMs, etc. The implementation of Arena has provided reliable revision control for all documentation, which has been especially important when working with our contract manufacturing and product distribution partners. Arena also provides us with a way to categorize our item numbers by type, which has been very helpful.

- Improvements to make Projects easier to navigate, change, etc.
- Arena has greatly reduced revision errors. Prior to Arena, revision control for part numbers and other documentation was a challenge and took more time to manage. With Arena, there's no guesswork.
- We've seen a decrease in processing time for changes implemented. We've also seen a decrease in errors with changes processed. When errors are made, Arena helps us to identify and correct them in a timely manner.
- We've seen improved communication with our contract manufacturing and distribution partners.
- Ease of Use
I was not employed at the company during this time, so I cannot comment, other than to say "ease of use" was certainly a consideration.
We had a system architect assigned to our account who walked us through each step of the implementation process. The worksheets provided were extremely helpful when determining how we wanted our system set up and kept us focused on the key areas.
