Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

I use Articulate 360 to build safety training lessons in Storyline and Rise. I love the programs and think they are very intuitive. My only complaint is it crashes a lot. I realize it's partly a compatibility/memory issue with my computer, but I don't have that issue with other training sites. I've opened a ticket and was given troubleshooting, but it didn't work....

I have only been in this position since February of 2022. I know our group has looked at Adobe and prefers Articulate 360. I also use Vyond. I would love if Vyond and Storyline were a little more compatible, especially with GIFS.

I really like the products. I just feel that it does crash more than it should and it gets gremlins. Things happen that I can't explain.....and have to re-build to work it out. But when you get to know the program, you know where to look for the issues.
