Overall Satisfaction with Asana

We were able to get everyone within our company (15 people) to use Asana as a means of cutting down on email traffic and to more simply assign out tasks to specific team members. It also helped with clarifying milestones, deadlines, etc.
  • Visual presentation of data - makes it simple to track where a project is at.
  • Easy to organize information - helps with keeping track of all the tiny details of a project.
  • Better inter-departmental communication - everyone gets kept in the loop on task/project status.
  • Would be helpful if a user had the option to color-code tasks that appear in the "calendar view" for a project task list.
  • Add some method of being able to track/log time spent working on a project. Ability to total up or see along the way how much time has been spent on the project (or on specific tasks within a project).
  • Increased team communication.
  • Increased team efficiency.
  • Increased ability to deliver on tasks / projects on time.
I personally think the Asana software is flexible enough to be used in lots of different scenarios, however I think it's quite effective for teams of about 3-4 individuals.
