Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Asana to stay organized within our marketing department. Specifically, our design team primarily uses it to track all asset requests, which is helpful to see not only who is working on the asset but what the entire team is working on as well.

Pros and Cons

Project management.
Organization.
Visibility.

The view can be a little difficult because it's so busy.
When submitting a task request, the person submitting is not automatically tagged.
Would love a view to see everything I've been tagged in.

Return on Investment

Hard to measure ROI.
Will need to encourage all teams to use Asana.
Requires time for training on how to use the tool.
