Overall Satisfaction with Atlassian JIRA
Its our current end to end solution for project management. We use it to manage design and development tasks.
- Parent child relationship with tickets
- Captures original esitmates
- Sprint planning
- Does not sum up original estimates from sub tasks into the parent
- Very difficult to configure
- It feels very bulky
- Emails notifications are a PITA for users
- Too early to tell, but we have been having record months.
