Overall Satisfaction with Avalara
We use Avalara for tax calc, and returns. It has simplified our billing process, as we sell all over the US and Canada. I would, however, like to see revisions to the vendor discount procedure.
- Calculates the proper tax.
- Simplifies returns.
- The learning center.
- The vendor discount procedure.
- They could make registration for state sites more simplified.
- I wish I could call Avalara for tax advice and not be told: "ma'am you will need to contact the state of .... for that info."
- Saves a lot of my time.
- The streamlined system makes internal processes a little easier.
- Clerks in our company can now do billing. It used to be that the accounting office people were the only people allowed to bill.
