Overall Satisfaction with Avaya Cloud Office
We use Avaya Cloud Office in our business as our phone system, as well as for our video conferences and messaging application. It is used across the whole organization at two locations. It has addressed the following problems: video chat ease of use, out of office ease of use, IVR management, and user management.

- Video Conferencing
- User Management
- Needs more ring customization on phones.
- Admin console could have better descriptions of what each function does.
- Custom Rules can cause issues if you are not careful.
- Positive: Helped our customers with better phone systems.
- Positive: It is easier than ever to receive calls when out of the office.
- Negative: Is a steep learning curve for users of extremely old phone systems.
Has helped us cut costs by getting rid of other subscriptions for video / messaging options. Benefited by being able to do almost everything from your cellphone - video conference, messaging, fax, call management, forwarding messages, etc.
We have not used any third-party integration yet.
We have had compliments from customers about the quality of Avaya Cloud Office meetings compared to other services that have been used. We have benefited by using the green screen to make conference areas / personal offices / home meetings look more professional.
