Avaya-all in one solution

Numerous problems have been solved in our org using the Avaya Cloud office like the ease of conferencing, collaborations, meetings, video calls, voice calls, messaging, etc. We get to connect to all our employees without any difficulty irrespective of their locations. Also, very easy to do meetings with clients, whether it is a conference call or a video meeting, it is quite a great product.

Finding all the communication needs on one platform is obviously beneficial as you don't have to mess up using different platforms for everything but the problem is the cost, it is very costly as compared to other products available in the market. Though this is very reliable and for BFSI it is quite a great product as downtime is zero but for smaller companies, it could not be beneficial because of cost.

It is easy to integrate Avaya with third part tools whether Microsoft or Salesforce and does benefit a lot.
