Overall Satisfaction with Avaya IP Office

Perfect fit for an on-prem smb to Midmarket UC system that can scale. Nothing beats the feature-rich all in box system. Product best addresses the needs of client, who want a system which can work in their CapEX budget and will not have high operational cost(s) compared to full cloud platforms.

Avaya IP Office is a great fit for smaller offices which do not have any complex needs for their UC experience. This system provides a great flexible system, which out of the box has many features and will not have any need for customization. Therefore, training time for new users, will likely lessen.
Much better feature set with Avaya IP Office, and I really feel you're getting feature-rich telephony for a well priced switch. The system is very adaptable and a much better fit than legacy key systems and cloud-based UCaaS solutions competing in the same market. With the Avaya brand behind the system, there is also a form of working with a Trusted partner with many years in the UC space.

Perfect for smb and midmarket clients that are looking for an on-prem solution. Any customer that has many Branch locations which needs feature rich capabilities and can share centralized management. Same time, branch offices which will need local survivability and trunking. Less appropriate for a client who wants no physical hardware on site.
