Overall Satisfaction with Avaya UCaaS

We've replaced our entire telephony system with Avaya UCaaS, this has been a game changer for us, as moving to a cloud based service has mitigated numerous issues with on site telephony servers.
  • Administration of users
  • Call queue handling
  • Call management
  • Global address list
  • Additional space in server rooms
  • Increased redundancy as cloud based service
We don't use the additional features aside from calling.
They answer within 1 hr most times we've had issues, and they always go the extra mile.
M365 connects well and shows meeting reminders. It doesn't mute reminders when you're already in the meeting though.
