Support Rating

Given the size of our AV infrastructure, we routinely rely on AVI support services.

AVI has provided us with the services and support required to move from a proprietary, single vendor AV infrastructure, to an open architecture supporting multiple AV vendor solutions. In-office conference systems now support or hybrid work environment regardless of the end point AV product i.e., MTR, Zoom, Webex, Telepresence.
