Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

We used AVI-SPL for the outfitting of all our conference rooms with audio visual equipment. They installed all of our Crestron equipment for video conferencing as well as the televisions and other peripherals. On top top of that we use them to service and support our audio visual hardware and software needs.

Support is usually good but sometimes some of the techs are not as knowledgeable as others so can’t always resolve on first visit. In addition there is sometimes a long lead time to get a teach as they are booked out. However once scheduled and onsite it is a good experience.
They have helped us enable video conferencing in all of our meeting rooms. This allows employees in the office and employees at home to engage in real time meeting through the audio visual equipment in the rooms. In addition we can meet with customers through the same technology when they are in different locations around the world.

The best situation for AVI is to outfit a room with the appropriate audio visual needs. They can acquire, install and support all hardware and software aspects of it.
When there are issues though it is sometimes hard to get a tech onsite in a reasonable time as they are very busy and book out quickly.
