Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

We use AVI-SPL in our offices to provide A/V systems for Conference room use. We create the design and they implement it and then support it from a maintenance standpoint. We have to make sure the systems installed enhance the audio and visual experience of our clients and attorneys.
  • They understand their business and have experienced techs.
  • Their techs arrive on time and are engaged in their work while onsite.
  • They are thorough in preparing a Statement of Work that covers the scope of the project. No surprises.
  • They communicate well and set realistic expectations.
  • They really do a great job and are generally responsive.
  • Because the system they designed works so well, we are able to allow community groups to use our conference rooms. This positively impacts the community.
  • Our video enabled meeting rooms are easy to use and allow our attorneys to easily connect with clients globally.
We have not contacted global support, but their local support has been effective.
We have not done that as of yet, but are looking at alternatives for our next budget year.

AVI-SPL has a broad base of experience and knowledge. I have worked with the same rep for at least 10 years. That makes a big difference. He has been in the industry for many years and he is able to combine his knowledge with real world experience. He is not out just to make another sale but provides direction while discussing options.
