Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR

We use BambooHR for hiring, onboarding, timekeeping, benefits administration, and payroll. Its ease of use makes it possible for employees to do more self-management, saving us time and money.

It is intuitive and does not take itself too seriously. Our employees enjoy the experience, making it an easy item to adopt as we onboard them.
Our implementation specialist was great, and though it is inconvenient to have to wait for someone to call us back now when we have a question after we finally get a call, the representative is sincerely helpful and knowledgeable.
The comprehensive Excel download provided after each payroll is very valuable. This has enough detail, that whatever question may come up, I can usually do the analysis with this information. I have not tried to run that report for a period of longer than one payroll, however, and I'm hoping that is a possibility.
BambooHR is much easier to use than Paycom or Paylocity but has fewer bells and whistles. It is far more accurate than Paylocity and has a better user interface than Paycom.

BambooHR would work well for organizations that don't have complex pay structures or employees splitting time between departments. Its intuitive interface allows employees to manage more of the pay process.

Yes - The mobile interface is great - smooth and intuitive. We haven't had any issues with employees not understanding how to use it, even without any training.
