Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR
We got BambooHR to help with PTO tracking instead of using an excel spreadsheet and hoping people would turn in the paperwork for using their time. Now with our accrual PTO, it's easy for our employees to ask for time off and they clearly can see how many hours of PTO they have along with using a calculator to determine how many hours they will have at a certain point in the year.

The eSignature report has been a lifesaver in knowing if folks have looked at something or not. Otherwise, a lot of the reporting hasn't been needed. Other ways of using reporting has not been utilized but appreciate the quick reporting that shows on the home page with length of time at the organization as it's a handy tool to see the growth of the organization.
Didn't look, had used excel prior and just staff to handle it all instead of a program. We heard about BambooHR from another nonprofit and decided to give it a try. The eSignature capability has been a lifesaver along with a spot to keep all documents. Our onboarding process was a lot of physical papers to where switching it to online has made it easier and timely.

Perhaps understand more about offer letters, it would be nice if when an offer letter is signed, if there was a way to change the salary from the offer letter directly to the job tab in the person's file. That's been the biggest hiccup, but beyond that most of everything else was discussed in the evaluation of choosing bambooHR

Yes - Only in the sense of admin placing the documents into the software, teaching leadership the product, then after confirmation that all documents were placed and information was correct for personal information on all employees, then the remaining employees were taught bamboo and given time to get used to the software before cutting off old methods.

If the organization has a best practice that BambooHR doesn't already have in the system, contact their support and you may be surprised to find out that they have a better best practice. An example would be their assessment questions that cannot be removed.
Some - we have done small customizations to the interface - It was mainly our name, logo, and color scheme.

I did not, at least that I'm aware of. Don't see a need in premium support as the support given currently is enough to complete tasks and what I need the software to do.
Besides the implementation process, a lot of what they help with is a small task or better understanding of the product or system within the software. So I would say the support of implementation was good, I understand us having to place the files in the documents of our employees, it was just a bit time consuming until remembering you can upload multiple documents at once.
