Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce
We use BigCommerce as the hub for our business. As an E-commerce company, each employee uses some aspect of BigCommerce in their day. We use many different applications that use and support the information that goes into BigCommerce. We have grown 4x and still remain with the same number of employees that we have had before our growth because of the many applications that plug in to the BigCommerce platform that allow us to not do any manual data entry.
- Communicate new ideas, solutions and partners.
- The platform is open to allowing innovative products come in and utilize the framework of the system.
- We never have any downtime with the product.
- The product gives us value for our dollar.
- I would not say that there is anything that is difficult to use with the platform, but making anything easier is always best.
- By far the streamlining of operations has been the greatest benefit.
- We have increased our business by attracting the right customers.
- Our transactions have increased over time and the platform has no trouble supporting the growth.

This is one of the largest benefits to using BigCommerce. The ability to personally customize the site with a few clicks is amazing. We can instantly add the latest and greatest applications with ease and know that it will work. The scariest thing with an E commerce business and a small staff is the unknown of what will happen when you press enter on a new integration. Cause a problem and you have headaches and pain for a long time with the wrong partner.
There is no comparison to Network Solutions and Web.com. BigCommerce blows them out of the water.
