Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce

I run an online business, so BigCommerce is my selling platform.

Pros

  • I love the simplicity of the website and inventory.
  • Being able to run sales and coupons is great and very easy.

Cons

  • Customer accounts and logging in could be easier.
  • The graphics for the storefront banner are difficult to manage.
  • I love the analytics!
  • Abandoned carts make it easy to focus my energy on customer retention.

I have not had a problem that is not easily fixed by the support so far.
I have used Squarespace, but it was confusing and not as easy to bulk upload products, which was important.
It is easy to use, and I haven't had any problems with inventory, customers, shipping, etc. Coupons and running sales are easy to do as well. The customer support chat is always available and helpful. I have used other sales platforms, and they were not as user-friendly as BigCommerce.
