Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

It was mainly used in my organization for maintaining leads and Managing Sales. It has been used across my organization right from Sales department to Service department for afterservice purposes. All the data from the different social media platforms are moved to CRM. It has mainly automated the problems related with Excell.
  • Lead Management: It manages the lead Management system quite well
  • Data extraction from different social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn
  • It is quite easy for a new user, no training is required you are always ready to go with it.
  • The dashboard needs a bit of improvement and the user interface needs to be more user friendly.
  • The lead conversion right from prospects to revenue generation has increased in our organization.
  • Previously the conversion rate was around 40%, now the efficiency has increased.
User interface is much friendly as compared to Microsoft dynamics. Microsoft dynamics is much difficult to use for a new user and skilled training is required whereas in Bihin by Zoho CRM it is not the case.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 (formerly Microsoft Dynamics CRM), Freshworks CRM (formerly Freshsales)
It has lived up to the expectations of the Marketing and Sales department and it was worth it. The return on investment is much higher.
Support team is much knowledgeable and was user friendly. Every querry put before them was resolved in the required time frame.
It's available at a much lesser price as compared to other CRM's. The price per user is also much less as compared to other users. It's well suited for small businesses that need to move towards Automating the Manual process.
