Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM
Our company has an ERP (exaterra) for small companies in Mexico. We have recommended and installed Bigin to 3 clients so far. At the beginning we work with Zoho CRM but Bigin is more affordable for our clients and the functionally is closer to Zoho CRM and meets the most important needs of them. We have connected Exaterra to Bigin through Bigin´s API, and we have excellent results and happy customers.
