Using bing webmaster tools to help ensure that our client's websites adhere to optimum search engine best practices.
- SEO analyzer is a very handy tool that is exclusive to Bing webmaster tools
- Best help and support among the major search engines
- XML sitemap plugin is a great feature that doesn't appear in other webmaster tools
- Ability to disavow links. Not available in google!
- Interface is clunky compared to Google Search Console
- search keyword report data is not as robust as google
- Some bing dashboards have too much information and could be put in separate reports
- Not really an ROI product but the ability to do more tasks than google is something that can be used as added value for clients
- Having another search engine to do reporting on helps increase hours and client spend
- some issues flagged in bing but not seen in google can be fixed once shown in BWT
Use both platforms. Both platforms serve different purposes but should be used side by side
