Blackbaud eTapestry helps us organize and track donations, contacts, and communication with donors.
- Highlight lapsed donors to prompt contact
- Account pages give a quick easy to read the history of donor activity with our organization
- Quickly responds to questions
- Making a query and than running a report is clunky
- Quick account view
- Able to pull reports on various topics (I would note that this isn't the easiest thing to do)

I have not used another product, but I did extensive research on multiple DMS. Blackbaud eTapestry is moderately priced compared to other DMS. I would take the time to get a live demo from the top 3 DMS you are considering.
