Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud K-12 “ON” Solutions
We use On products primarily in the Advancement Offices and the Admissions offices. Although, our registrar uses it as do our Upper and Lower School admin assistants.
- Integration with Connect 5 and Raisers Edge
- Ease of use for those not familiar with website management
- School data integrated across many platforms
- Syncing of the Core
- Admissions flexibility with custom pages
- Syncing RE with the Core
- It becomes frustrating at times with incremental fees
- Sometimes support could be better
- Although we've experienced learning curves, it is a great integrative solution across departments
