Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT
I'm new to Raiser's Edge, but I can already see that Raiser's Edge (RE) NXT is a vast improvement. RE NXT provides a clean, more intuitive solution. It's much easier to use than the antiquated RE database view, but it still needs work to hit the mark. Switching back and forth between RE database view and NXT for full functionality is cumbersome, and overall, the solution is slow. The complete transition from RE to RE NXT can't come soon enough for me!

- Easy to customized views with drag and drop tiles
- Ease of use for end-users
