Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT
We use it to manage Alumni and Donor relationships as well as track gifts. Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT support is one of the worst in my experience. I have a case from March of 2022 that still has no resolution. Also, the elimination of vita integration like Microsoft was a huge setback for us. Then they blamed security but it could have been updated to a newer version of office but they just decided to eliminate it. In my opinion, it seems like customers are the least of Blackbauds' concerns' and they make changes without regard to the user and customer experience.
- Out-of-the-box function, no custom programing needed
- Easy end-user requirements, no technical requirments
- Bad support , difficult to work with using chat and don't seem to know product at first level
- Removing features , Microsoft, attachment views in database view

- out of the box its just a management tool, value adds require additional modules
Not much was provided. The user has to figure it out on their own. The data is there and it has lots of canned reports but nothing that truly analyzes the data
