Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT

We utilize RE NXT to manage our relationship development and fundraising management for the foundation. From tracking emails to online giving, NXT allows us to quickly and easily manage our operations.

  • Streamlining our data, which saves time researching

The AI feature of Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT helps pick out the needles in the haystacks. Highlighting donors and prospective donors by the giving history, frequency, or how they fall within certain algorithms helps save the time and much of the guesswork out of determining where our next best prospects may be.
  • Online Training
Having worked within Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT before, I didn't participate in the training sessions, however, from watching the teamwork within NXT, clearly, the training is very helpful.
From my experience, Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT is more logical and intuitive than other competing products.

After using competing products at other stops along my career, I'm glad to have come back to Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT. Its web-based system takes the depth of the database version of Raiser's Edge and makes it easy to click through relationships, giving history, engagement opportunities, and more in a thoughtful, logical manner.
