Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT is used for fundraising by development staff and for record management of donations and pledges received. We track proposals/opportunities for various campaigns, actions taken by development team and university with the donors. We analyze data for giving to better suit our asks to constituent interests. We have event records showing who is attending. We pull lists based on data points and/or location of constituent.
Rating is not high at this point due to limited ability for pulling data - not all data points can be used to filter data and some report results vary from same data pull using traditional database. When fully developed it will be a powerful tool for development work.

Overall, online trainings are well done. Can be overwhelming for new user until they are using product. For some areas training before use of platform and after initial time period would be of most benefit.
Some online is very basic. Would like to see more ability to set courses for a specific employee. Not all aspects of their learning paths apply to our positions and are not needed. Refresher courses when offered were very beneficial.
