Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud

I'm responsible for the smooth delivery of Bloomreach Engagement integration for our client. We integrate our clients, and we build custom use cases for them.
  • Customer centricity.
  • Detailed analytics.
  • Endless possibilities for the right mind.
  • Monitoring of API imports (in UI).
  • More detail log of how the customer was created (in UI).
  • More control over user permissions.
  • Batch invites of people into a project.
  • In general, a great improvement for our clients (revenue uplift, smarter spending on Meta & Google Ads).
I cannot say a bad word about your support. Their response is quick (mostly helpful), or in harder situations, they can connect us with the appropriate people.
With Bloomreach Engagement, we are able to achieve perfectly tailored experiences for the customers of our clients.
