Pros
- The user interface is easy to use.
- It wasn't too complicated.
- Finding what we needed was usually pretty easy.
Cons
- Segmentation for lists that we imported could have been organized better
- We did not have any template designs for emails
- Increased engagement since we sent a lot of emails.
- We could target certain audiences and test which was a huge plus.

3 - There was a marketing manager, and some field managers that also used the product. They just didn't know it as indepth as I did.

When we needed to start doing dynamic text/pictures they walked us through exactly how to do it and set up examples so we could learn. It was also amazing when they would come in house and visit and give us workshops and teach us more about the product.
